ct77 game Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ct77 game ("ct77 game", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ct77 game website, mobile platform, games library, sports betting services, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or otherwise using the ct77 game Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

ct77 game is operated under an international gambling licence and is designed to serve adult players. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes. ct77 game does not represent that gambling is legal in every jurisdiction where players may reside, and it is your personal responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws.

To register and use ct77 game you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ct77 game is strictly an adult platform. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any real-money activity.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account on ct77 game suspended or permanently closed for violations of this Agreement.
• You have not self-excluded from the ct77 game Platform through our Responsible Gaming tools.
• You possess full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement in your jurisdiction.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. ct77 game reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including government-issued photo ID and proof of address — to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or upon any reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Each individual may maintain only one active account on ct77 game. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a violation of this Agreement and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ct77 game login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ct77 game support immediately via our 24/7 English channels. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending review.

You acknowledge that ct77 game is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login information secure, including losses caused by the negligent sharing of credentials with family members or third parties.

All transactions on the ct77 game Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). The following table sets out the key transaction parameters:

All withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. ct77 game reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory identity verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, except where ct77 game expressly approves an alternative.

You must not use ct77 game for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime. ct77 game reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.

Deposits made to ct77 game are not held in a segregated player protection fund. Players should only deposit amounts they can afford to lose.

ct77 game offers various promotional bonuses, free-bet credits, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on each promotion page, which form part of this Agreement when claimed.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ct77 game promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. ct77 game reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. In most cases, real-money funds are played first unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless ct77 game expressly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to collusion with other players, low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in forfeiture and possible account closure.
• ct77 game reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any bonus has been claimed in bad faith and to act accordingly.

All games and betting markets on ct77 game are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and this Agreement, the individual game rules take precedence for matters specific to that game.

Bets placed on ct77 game are final once confirmed. ct77 game reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• A manifest pricing or software error resulted in an obviously incorrect price or payout;
• The outcome of a betting market was determined by irregular or fraudulent activity in the relevant event;
• A game result is technically void due to a platform interruption at a critical stage, in which case stakes will be returned;
• An event or match was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in circumstances covered by specific sports betting rules.

ct77 game uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all electronic table games and slots. Game results are independently tested for fairness. Sports betting odds are determined by our trading team and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform;

ct77 game does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency technical work at any time without prior notice.

ct77 game collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

We use your data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations, provide customer support, and send you relevant promotional communications (where you have opted in). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

ct77 game is committed to promoting responsible gambling across Pakistan and internationally. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps via your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session timeouts to prevent extended play periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (30-day, 90-day, 180-day) or permanent self-exclusion via our support team. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen reminders that show how long you have been playing in the current session.

Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to create new accounts to circumvent the exclusion. Doing so constitutes a breach of this Agreement. ct77 game takes player welfare seriously and will take reasonable steps to enforce exclusions.

ct77 game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request;
• Where ct77 game determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform, its staff, or other players.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's primary deposit method after applicable checks. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus play are not returnable upon closure.

You may also request the closure of your ct77 game account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ct77 game holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
